As a link in the IEA chain, the agency "L'Immobilière Australienne" (LIA) adheres to the values of the IEA system. Consequently, the LIA agency sets itself a mission and a vision.
Mission
- To support the development of relationships between the international French-speaking community (more than 250 million French speakers worldwide) and Australia by promoting investment in the continent island through an integrated system built around an abundant, varied, reliable and user-friendly exchange platform;
- To facilitate and secure investment transactions by offering French-speaking investors, to the greatest extent possible, legal, financial, and technical assistance from Australian professionals.

The IEA system has two types of partner agencies:
- Agences Francophones Australiennes (AFA) : Les dossiers d’investissement sont traités par nos AFA. L’investisseur sélectionne une AFA qui se chargera de conduire son dossier d’investissement jusqu’à son terme.
- Agences Partenaires Locales (APL): Investors can call on the expertise and assistance of an APL established in their territory of residence.

How is the "IEA System" organised?
Internal structure:
- The "L'Immobilière Australienne" Pty Ltd (LIA) agency, responsible for relations with Australian real estate professionals;
- The IEA [INVESTIR EN AUSTRALIE] platform, which publishes sellers' properties and manages the transaction process;
- The New Caledonian company " International Internet Commerce & Consulting " Sarl (IICC), the company that manages the IEA platform.
External partners:
- The "Sellers", generally property developers, who publish their programs on the IEA platform;
- The "Members", registered on the IEA platform, who can initiate an online purchase procedure;
- Les « Agences Francophones Australiennes » (AFA) qui conduisent les transactions des Membres qui les ont sélectionnées ;
- The "Agences Partenaires Locales" (APL), agencies located in the territories of residence of the Members who, at their request, assist them in their transaction procedures.
How does the "IEA System" work?
The LIA agency approaches Australian developers ("Sellers") to register and record their programs on the IEA platform. Registration and program recording are free;
The AFA register free of charge on the IEA platform. They undertake to communicate in French with the Members and to conduct the transactions to their conclusion;
Internet users who register for free as "Members" on the IEA platform can initiate an online purchase by selecting an AFA who will process their transaction file. They can also freely enlist the services of an APL who will assist them in their acquisition procedures;
The " IEA System " is remunerated solely by AFA's payment to IICC of a portion of the sales commission paid by the seller. IICC then remunerates the LIA service, followed by any APL.
There is therefore no additional cost to using the services of the "IEA System", neither for the buyer nor for the seller.
