The Investir En Australie - IEA system, in which L'immobilière Australienne acts as an interface with Australian real estate professionals, is an original and unique business model. Its role is to enable :
à des vendeurs australiens de publier gratuitement leurs produits immobiliers sur la plateforme Investir en Australie ;
To allow non-resident French-speaking investors to discover listed properties and, if they are interested in a property, after registering as "Members" on the platform, to:
- request free assistance from a «Agence Partenaire Locale» (APL) in their area of residence;
- lancer une procédure d’achat en choisissant une « Agence Francophone Australienne » (AFA) partenaire du système IEA qui se chargera gratuitement de la conduite des opérations de la transaction jusqu’à son terme.
Agence Partenaire Locale (APL)
Real estate agency located in a French-speaking territory, partner of the IEA system, whose role is to assist "Members" free of charge in their investment approach and choices.
Agence Francophone Australienne (AFA)
Australian real estate agency, French-speaking as far as possible, in partnership with the IEA system, which the purchasing "Member" selects from an IEA list and which will then be responsible for conducting the transaction operations until its completion.
The "Investir En Australie" (IEA) platform
Website where Australian sellers freely list their residential, industrial, commercial or agricultural properties, and from which purchase transactions are initiated by its "Members."

As a link in the IEA chain, the agency "L'Immobilière Australienne" (LIA) adheres to the values of the IEA system. Consequently, the LIA agency sets itself a mission and a vision.
Mission
- To support the development of relationships between the international French-speaking community (more than 250 million French speakers worldwide) and Australia by promoting investment in the continent island through an integrated system built around an abundant, varied, reliable and user-friendly exchange platform;
- To facilitate and secure investment transactions by offering French-speaking investors, to the greatest extent possible, legal, financial, and technical assistance from Australian professionals.

- To become, in the long term, the go-to site for the entire Australian real estate community regarding French-speaking investment in Australia.

Parce que je suis citoyen français du Pacifique et que l’Australie, pour de multiples raisons, est chère à mon cœur, j’ai souhaité construire les conditions d’un rapprochement entre les francophones extérieurs et l’Australie en jouant la carte de l’investissement. J’ai donc bâti un modèle d’affaires bilingue, original et unique, le système “Investir en Australie” autour d’une plateforme internet d’échange abondante, variée, fiable et conviviale, lieu de rencontre entre annonceurs, vendeurs de biens australiens, et investisseurs originaires de territoires francophones du monde entier.
